Course Description
This intermediate level course looks at the key stages of the Sourcing Lifecycle, from understanding the requirement and engaging with stakeholders from across your organisation, to the tools and models used to develop a commercial strategy and the different procurement routes available in Public Procurement.

- Examine – Sourcing life cycle
- Distinguish between the key stages of the sourcing process
- Understand the application of whole-life asset management
