Formed in 2005, Explosive Learning Solutions (ELS) is a privately owned small to medium sized limited company based at the Harwell Science and Innovation Campus in Oxfordshire. We work both nationally and internationally, offering independent learning and development consultancy, as well as bespoke training to government, industry, and individuals. We are an authorised Vocational Education Training (VET) provider for several national and international accreditation organisations, including the Association of Project Management (APM), APMG International (APM Group), PeopleCert (Axelos), City & Guilds of London Institute, The Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM), Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS). Additionally, ELS is an OFQUAL registered End Point Assessment Organisation (EPAO) for a selection of Standards at varying levels.
