ELS are an approved provider for the Ministry of Defence Enhanced Learning Credit Scheme (ELCAS) and a preferred supplier to the Career Transition Partnership (CTP) for armed forces personnel.
If you are a current or former member of the armed forces you may be eligible to qualify for funding from the ELCAS scheme.
You need to have served for at least 6 years to be eligible for the Lower Tier of £1,000 per claim, and 8 years for the higher tier of £2,000 per claim instalment, for full information please read JSP822. Each claim will require the delegate to contribute a minimum 20%, if the total value above the funding value is higher than 20% this will become the delegate contribution – see examples at the bottom of the page.
You are entitled to make three ELC claims in total but only one claim will be accepted per financial year (1st April – 31st March). If you are on the lower tier and have served between 6 and 8 years you may be able to combine all three lower tiers in one claim but again please read JSP822 for full information.

You will receive a quote and booking form, on completion of the booking form a course place will be reserved, on receipt of your Claim Authorisation Note (CAN form) and payment of the delegate contribution the course place will be confirmed and access to pre-study and joining instructions will be given.

Four Courses:
- Change Management Foundation Course Value £1,062.00

Total value: £3,864.00 Less combined course discount £504.00 = £3,360.00
- Delegate must pay a minimum of 20% – where the full total less funding is higher than 20% this balance is paid in full by the delegate
