Course Description
A course developing existing negotiation skills and leadership behaviours within the negotiation sphere. On completing this course learners will be fluent in negotiation techniques at an advanced level.
Learning Outcomes
On completion Learners will be able to:
- Gain tried and tested techniques you can use in any negotiation, and confidence to use effectively.
- Recognise difficult negotiators and have a playbook for dealing with them.
- Explore strategies to resolve conflict and strengthen business relationships.
- Undertake a Conflict Mode Instrument.
- Examine the impact of subconscious bias and non-verbal behaviour.
Target Audience
This course is an intermediate course for individuals whose role requires them to negotiate with suppliers during the procurement cycle.
