Develop the knowledge and awareness needed to recognise terrorist threats, identify suspicious activity, and support the safety of people, premises, and events.
Delivered by Explosive Learning Solutions (ELS) and awarded by Skills for Justice Awards, this nationally recognised qualification helps organisations strengthen protective security and prepare for the requirements of Martyn’s Law.
Supporting Martyn’s Law Compliance
With the introduction of Martyn’s Law (The Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Act), organisations are mandated to improve their preparedness for terrorist incidents.
For premises and events with a capacity of 200 to 799 people (Standard Tier), responsible persons must ensure staff understand terrorism risks and appropriate response procedures.
This level 2 course provides the knowledge and awareness required to support those obligations through training.
