Course Description
This Intermediate course explores the concept of whole life costing which takes into account the total cost of a product or service over its lifetime, from concept through to disposal including purchase, hire, lease, maintenance, operation, utilities, training and disposal.

On completion Learners will be able to:
- Examine the whole procurement lifecycle.
- Examine different procurement routes to reduce whole-life costs.
- Cost estimating-having produced a cost structure the use of CERs (Cost Estimating Relationships).
- Discounting.
- Inflation and its effect on WLC.
